First of all you have to keep pressing get for free button to pass the levels. Then when you pass the levels you have to pay real $10 dollar bills.HELL NO!!!!!!!! You make me sad for advertising the way you do. My 4 year old niece was playing a different game and your twisted advertisement kept popin up. She's 4 and Dosent need to be bombarded with weird crap about playing pregnant. Some lady getting ultra sound. Another one was a mermaid in a hospital bed pregnant with a respirator. Your adds are in really bad taste. Re think please

This is a bad game after the first three levels you have to pay for the rest of the game. So I think no body should ever get this game unless your willing to pay for the in app purchases!!

I think this is a great game for my daughter she loves it and I'm 3 months pregnant with twins and it teaches her how to take care of her mom and dad it's great

This game is a complete waist if time and if you want to get the full version go ahead and waist over $10 I passed half of level one and had to sit through a lot of ads to get the equipment Also there is really annoying ads at the top telling me what to get and also nearly every 5 mins I am being bombarded with ads that if I wanted I would download myself instead of having loads of ads telling me to get it I would have given this game a 0 however I was forced to do 1 because App Store does not allow to! Final conclusion: Rubbish and waist of time

This game only gives you the first level then adds pop up at least every four seconds

Don't get this app you have to pay six dollars to get the whole version and then I have to pay three dollars to get all the equipment and if you don't pay all that money than you will be stuck on level one with no equipment

I think that even though it is hard work, that if you try harder than ever, I think you'll get the hang of it.
